岗位职责：
1. 负责物流和仓储工作的总体管理，人员培训，业绩考核。
Responsible for the overall management of the Logistics and warehousing, team’s personnel training and assessment, target management.
2. 负责物流体系和流程的策划，制定和完善，并确保日常工作按质量体系要求。
Responsible for the development and improvement of the process and procedure, ensure operation complying to the management system.
3. 负责管理工厂内部物流及物料移动，使其精益化。全面负责物流EHS相关工作，落实仓库5S、可视化和现场管理工作，识别、评价与控制物流及仓库的环境因素。
Responsible for management of plant’s logistics and material moving to manage it as lean. Responsible for logistics EHS compliance, implement warehouse 5S, visualization and onsite management. Identify, evaluate and control the environmental factors of logistics and warehouse.
4. 管理团队高质量的完成收发存作业，并符合公司物流规定和客户物流标准，遏制客户物流物料投诉，确保客户满意度。
Manage team to complete material in-store-out operation with high efficiency and quality, complying company and customers’ logistics standards, contain customer complaints to secure customers’ satisfaction.
5. 负责第三方物流和第三方仓库的管理、优化与开发。控制物流成本，遏制库存损失。
Responsible for the management, improvement and development of the third party logistics and the third party warehouse, control logistics cost and contain inventory loss.
6. 负责进出口业务的报关和清关的管理工作。
Responsible for management of the coordinate import and export declarations.
7. 负责物料的库存管理保持适当的库存水平以及遏制呆滞料，管理盘点工作并确保账实相符。
Responsible for inventory management to keep proper levels and contain obsolete, manage stock taking to keep the accuracy between physic and book.
8. 负责物流部门的应急管理工作。
Responsible for the emergency management of Logistics Department.
9. 上级安排的其他工作任务。
Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，物流管理相关专业优先
Bachelor degree or above, major in logistics management is preferred.
2. 十年以上物料管理，物流工程，精益物流相关工作经验，三年以上管理岗位经验
At least 10 years’ work experience in Logistics related. More than 3 years’ work experience in logistics management.
3. 熟练掌握供应链管理相关知识，了解并掌握IATF16949和MMOG/LE体系优先
Good knowledge of supply chain management, knowledge of MMOG, IATF16949 is a plus.
4. 熟练的英语读写及口语表达能力
Good written and spoken English
5. 较强的组织管理能力和协调能力，良好的沟通和谈判技能
Strong organizational management skills. Good communication and negotiation skills
